New Castle Bellco Federal Credit Union is a federally charted, not-for-profit, full service financial institution that is member owned and controlled through a board of directors. The voluntary board is elected by the membership to establish credit union policies and is responsible for the safe and sound operation of the credit union.
The credit union was organized in 1953 to serve the financial needs of Bell Telephone employees and their family members. Our charter was later expanded and now serves anyone that lives, works, worships or attends school in Lawrence County Pennsylvania.
Membership Eligibility
You are eligible to join New Castle Bellco FCU if you live, work, worship or attend school in Lawrence County Pennsylvania or you are an employee of Verizon or AT&T within the 724 or 412 area code. Family members of are also eligible to join the credit union.
As a credit union member, you are an owner of the credit union with a voice and vote on how we operate.
