Each employee is \ninformed of their responsibility to protect the confidentiality of \nmember account information. Businesses or individuals that provide \nsupport services must conform to our privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Restriction on Disclosure of Account Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n New Castle \nBellco FCU will only release account information to authorized account \nowners as listed on the account ownership signature card or loan \ndocument, unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Disclosure of Information to Third Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n New Castle \nBellco FCU has a policy that restricts the selling of member information\n to third parties for personal use. We may, however, in the normal \ncourse of business, make information available to our business partners \nif the information is required to offer new products and services on \nbehalf of the credit union. At no time will the credit union allow the \ndisclosure of member information for phone solicitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Third Party \u201cOpt Out\u201d Option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Members may \n\u201cOpt Out\u201d of any service or product benefit offered through a credit \nunion approved third party business partner. The member must submit \ntheir request in writing to: New Castle Bellco FCU, 1011 Wilmington \nAvenue, New Castle, PA 16101.
