Home Equity Loans <\/strong>\u2013 When you need to borrow money for any\nreason, it may be right under your roof. \nYou can the money for debt consolidation, education, home improvements\nor however you chose.  Maximum loan is\ndetermined by the appraised value times 80 percent, minus any first\nmortgage.  The interest rate is fixed and\nis determined according to the term of the loan.  Financing terms up to 15 years are\navailable.  The loan is closed end and\nrequires that a mortgage lien filed against the property.  Closing costs for appraisal, property reports\nand filing apply.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
