New\nCastle Bellco Federal Credit Union is a federally charted, not-for-profit, full\nservice financial institution that is member owned and controlled through a\nboard of directors. The voluntary board is elected by the membership to\nestablish credit union policies and is responsible for the safe and sound\noperation of the credit union. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\ncredit union was organized in 1953 to serve the financial needs of Bell\nTelephone employees and their family members. \nOur charter was later expanded and now serves anyone that lives, works,\nworships or attends school in Lawrence County Pennsylvania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Membership Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You\nare eligible to join New Castle Bellco FCU if you live, work, worship or attend\nschool in Lawrence County Pennsylvania or you are an employee of Verizon or AT&T\nwithin the 724 or 412 area code.
